Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Phiclaw websites, applications, connectors, and managed services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any applicable order form, service agreement, and Business Associate Agreement.
Authorized use
Phiclaw is intended for authorized adult users and clinic personnel. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate permissions, and using the service only for lawful business and clinical-administration purposes within your authority.
Connected accounts
If you connect Google, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or another third-party account, you authorize Phiclaw to access and act on that account only within the permissions you approve and the workflows you request. You remain responsible for reviewing consequential actions, including outgoing communications, approved Google Docs text replacements, approved Google Sheets range updates, calendar invitations, and deletion or unsubscribe requests. General Drive access and Contacts access are read-only; native Google Docs and Google Sheets edits require approval of the specific proposed change, and Google Contacts must not be used for protected health information.
You may revoke a connected account through the third-party provider or ask Phiclaw support to disconnect it. Revocation may stop related features from working.
Approval-controlled actions
Where the service presents a draft or proposed action for approval, it is not sent or executed until an authorized user approves that exact draft or action. Users must review recipients, content, attachments, timing, and other material details before approval.
Healthcare and emergency limitations
Phiclaw is not an emergency communication service and does not independently provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use it for an emergency or urgent safety issue. Contact emergency services or the appropriate care team through approved emergency channels.
Accounts and security
You must protect account access, use only approved devices and users, and promptly notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access another user's information without authorization, disrupt the service, or upload information you are not permitted to process.
Privacy and Google user data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and Google user data. Phiclaw's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service availability and changes
Third-party providers may change, suspend, expire, or revoke access. We may update the service and these terms as features, legal requirements, or provider rules change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
