About Phiclaw
Phiclaw is the HIPAA-compliant AI built for medical practices. It is the first HIPAA OpenClaw for doctors — a true AI employee that runs the front desk, the EHR with e-prescribe, the CRM, the phones, the website, and the social, all under one signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
Why we built it
Most AI tools tell doctors the same thing: "we can't touch patient data." Raw, open-source OpenClaw will not sign a BAA, so the moment it handles protected health information (PHI) it becomes a compliance risk. We built Phiclaw to close that gap — a build that signs a BAA with your practice and runs on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure end to end.
How we stay compliant
- We sign a BAA directly with your practice.
- Built on HIPAA-eligible AWS (including Amazon Bedrock) and Convex — we hold BAAs with them.
- HIPAA-compliant inbound and outbound calls run through our voice partner Retell AI on Twilio's telephony, also under BAA.
