Products

One company. One standard. Every product signs a BAA.

The PhiClaw family: the AI employee, the headless EHR it runs on, and the phones, scribe, tracker, studio and signatures a practice needs around it.

PhiClaw is the parent company behind a family of HIPAA-grade products for medical practices. Each one started as a job the AI employee needed done right: answering the phone, writing the note, getting a signature, tracking a dose, building the custom thing a practice asked for, and finally, owning the chart itself.

Use the AI employee and get all of it working together. Or pick the single piece you need. Every product signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and every one is built by the same team in Miami.

Marrow

Marrow: the headless EHR.

"Headless" means the EHR has no screens of its own. Marrow is the chart as an API: the patient records, encounters, notes, orders, scheduling, documents and billing data a practice runs on, behind a clean programming interface, with no front end attached. You bring the screens. Or your AI agent does.

Who it is for

  • AI agents. PhiClaw reads and writes to Marrow directly. Any other agent can too, under your BAA, instead of fighting a closed vendor for access.
  • Practices that want their own front end. Groups and specialty clinics that have outgrown the vendor's screens and want workflows that match how they actually work.
  • Builders. Developers and studios (including our own Skey) building patient portals, intake, scribes or specialty apps that need a real chart underneath.
  • Practices leaving a closed EHR. Migrate the records once, keep them in a system that will never refuse you an API.

What is inside

  • Patients, encounters, clinical notes, problems, medications, allergies, orders, results and documents, modeled on familiar healthcare resource types so integrations stay simple.
  • Scheduling, providers, locations and the billing records needed for claims.
  • A REST API with webhooks, per-user access control and a complete audit log of every read and write.
  • HIPAA-eligible infrastructure with the same subprocessor BAAs PhiClaw runs on, and a BAA signed with your practice.
  • Import from the EHR you use today. Your data comes in; it is yours to take out.

$500 a month. Unlimited users and providers. No contract. Marrow is not on the pricing page on purpose: it is a building block, not a plan. Practices that want a full EHR with screens get one included with PhiClaw's custom EHR. Marrow is for teams that want to own the front end.

Marrow is launching now with a small group of practices and builders. Ask for early access by email at [email protected] or book a call.

Why one company owns all of this

Because the AI employee cannot do its job on top of products that refuse to talk to each other. We built the phone system, the scribe, the signatures and the chart so PhiClaw would never again be blocked by a vendor. The whole story is in the manifesto; the architecture is in the white paper.
