On the Performance plan, verified savings means recurring or one-time cost reductions documented by invoices, cancellation confirmations, vendor quotes, payroll or contractor records, or written approval by your practice. The 30% fee applies for 12 months from the date each saving begins, measured on a quarterly true-up. Starter and Growth are simple flat monthly prices — no savings math at all.

What do the three plans cost?
Three simple options. Starter — $300/mo: a pilot for a single clinic (front desk, messaging, website, social). Growth — $1,000/mo, all-in: the full AI employee — built-in HIPAA CRM/EHR with e-prescribe, phone, email, website, API and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise — 30% of savings: instead of a flat fee we take 30% of what we save you each month on SaaS & headcount and you keep the other 70% (for practices with 5+ employees).
On Enterprise, what counts as "verified savings"?
Recurring or one-time cost reductions documented by invoices, cancellation confirmations, vendor quotes, payroll or contractor records, or written approval by your practice. Examples that count: canceled software (e.g. replacing a $2,000/mo system with Phiclaw), vendor renegotiation (e.g. cutting your answering service from $4,000 to $2,500), a replaced website agency, reduced front-desk or billing outsourcing. We do not count vague things like "time saved by staff" or "more revenue from better conversion" unless you and we agree to them in writing. Starter and Growth are flat-fee — this only applies to Enterprise.
Is there a minimum term?
Starter is month-to-month. Growth and Enterprise run on a 12-month term — we need time to wire everything up and, on Enterprise, to document the savings. On Enterprise the savings measurement window is 12 months from the date each saving begins.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?

Is Phiclaw HIPAA-compliant? Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. Every plan ships with a signed BAA before any protected health information is involved, and Phiclaw is built around HIPAA safeguards — encryption, access controls, audit logging, and PHI minimization.
What EHRs and CRMs do you connect to?
Phiclaw connects to athenahealth, DrChrono, ModMed, Healthie, IntakeQ, the major general-purpose CRMs, and anything with an API or FHIR/HL7. If you don't have an EHR or CRM, Growth ships with its own built in.
Does it replace my staff?
